This starts as an unsatisfied customer response, but has a happy ending. I ordered this figurine as a Christmas present to my wife with the understanding it would arrive no later than December 24. The expected arrival date was December 23. I received the automated "shipped" notification on December 19 so I assumed all was well. I tried tracking the shipment a few times but the website always stated that the information was not available. Nonetheless, I continued to assume all was well. December 23 came and went with no package. December 24 came and went with no package. I was quite disappointed and had to tell my wife what she would be getting (eventually) instead of sharing the joy of opening a wrapped package together on Christmas morning.

I had to wait until December 27 to question Moshya on the status of my package. I used their online chat tool to ask a simple question regarding its status and only received a curt response that the package would be delivered that day (which it finally was).

I was preparing to write a flaming review regarding this experience, but before I could post I received a phone call from Moshya the following day expressing their regrets that the package did not arrive on time and informed me I would be receiving a full refund.

I can understand that many things are beyond a company's control (this goes for all companies). But what is always in their control is their attitude towards their customers. Moshya has demonstrated they care about their customer's satisfaction and have demonstrated their willingness to take responsibilty, even for incidents beyond their control. I wish every company I dealt with had this attitude. Years from now I will forget the dissapointment of not having the item when I wanted, but I will remember the phone call and the extra time someone took to make sure I was happy with my purchase everytime I look at the figure.

Love stories are peculiarly subjective. Personally, this one pushed all my buttons. English country house setting ... the horrors of World War I ... a love triangle with two women from different social classes who somehow come together to try to save the life of our hero ... the shellshocked solider found wandering naked, mute and amnesiac in No Man's land in France and named Angel by the soldiers who find him (and whose lives are saved by him). Angel ends up in a rehabilitation hospital run by Sophia Cary (played by Juliet Aubrey) at her father's country house. Although eventually cured of muteness by a cruel electric shock technique called Faradism, he remains amnesiac. Sophia and Angel fall in love, but who is he? What terrible thing happened to him (or what terrible thing did he do) to make him forget himself completely? Has he really forgotten himself? In the second half of the film, we're introduced to Jenny, who is perhaps Angel's fiance. The relationship between Jenny and Sophia is one of the strongest parts of the story as they forge an uneasy bond while trying to save Angel's life who has now been arrested for murdering an officer in France. The story plays out with military hearings, the influenza epidemic of 1917, eventual remembrance, and finally Angel's choice. If it pushes your buttons, get your Kleenex out.

I've been a nurse for 1.5yrs in the largest CVICU (30 beds, only open hearts) in the state of Wisconsin. We take all the high risk patients that no other hospital will do, so I see the sickest of the sick everyday. Let me start by saying that though I see this stuff everyday, I learned SO MUCH by reading this book. I passed the CCRN test and wanted to further my knowledge by taking the CSC certification test. I looked at A LOT of other books before deciding to buy this one, and it does NOT disappoint!

This book covers about every major topic/problems that happen with Open Heart Surgery. It's published this year, and the references relating to current practice are current (most citations I saw throughout the chapters dating 2006 to present). This book isn't overwhelming, I was able to get through it in a few weeks. I'm kinda a nerd, but I really didn't feel like I was studying when I was reading this because it was truly so interesting and enjoyable. The case studies and questions at the end are very helpful in preparing for the CSC exam.

I passed the CSC exam last week. Even though i have experience and recover hearts everyday, I'm not sure I would have passed without this book. I feel much more knowledgable after reading it, and honestly can see myself looking at patients and the big picture differently. I highly recommend it, it's a great read!

I have been a cardiac nurse for 35 years and still love the cardiac surgery world. This book is the most comprehensive single resource I have ever used. Easy reading, looks into the areas that may not be understood by the novice. Excellent chapters on hemodynamic monitoring and intra-aortic balloon pump therapy. Should be required of all nurses entering the cardiac surgery ICU.

I bought this book recently. It is precise,well written and covers all the major aspects of Cardiac Surgery that an RN in this speciality need to know - all in 462 pages. This even has questions and answers at the end of each chapter. I would recommend this book for anyone who are new to Cardiac Surgery field or for those who would need a reference or teaching aid. I am preparing for the AACN's Cardiac Surgery Certification ( CSC ) examination. As you know there are no specific "review books" avaialable for CSC, nor a Q & A book. I found this book extremely useful, with adequate information. Also, the bibliography list is very detailed and helps one to look for more information, including the websites to refer to. Overall, I would give a "Top rating" for the information and price.

If anything to improve, I would suggest a CD with Q & A to review. Also, some more illustrations would help for example, a picture of a Swan Ganz catheter, pictures of different kinds of valves or that of a Balloon pump inflated ( I liked the tables with very important details in each chapter).I understand this would have made the book bulky. I also appreciate the references for further details. Perhaps, the layout could have been better if it was like a "typical Saunders book" Many of us like the details in a short format and not in detail - perhaps a personal choice.. Thank you to the writers - Sonya Hardin and Roberta Kaplow for their contribution to Cardiac Surgery speciality and all nurses in the field. Can you please publish a Q & A book for Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Medicine( CSC, CMC ) Certification in combination or alone? It would help many of us tremendously.

Well done Amazon, you make it much cheaper than even the major " Nursing organization,with membership". It helps us to own the book and use it much affordably. Thank you.

@MajorDickVaud I just LOVE how we’re always complaining about the cuts to services yet nobody is ready to pay for them!! Rob Ford is trying to be FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE – something that most Canadian’s aren’t even in their own households. We can raise debt for more and more services and open more libraries, open more pools and wait while we’re at it let’s give people jobs for life too because they’re just that damn good!

@PortugueseGina1 what? first off the municipalities have no taxation powers so fund come from federal and provincial dollars, second our tax rates are brutally low corporate tax is at 15% and the highest income is around 60% and its not a question of raising debt, its about spending money on what the city needs. I’d rather have a city in debt where the streets are maintained and the transit is good than one with a balanced budget.
